You and DIRECTV expressly agree that TiVo, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered office at 2160 Gold Street, Alviso, CA 95002, is a third party beneficiary of this License Agreement, since it relates to the TiVo software that may be included in the leased devices. These licenses are expressly taken in favor of TiVo and can be implemented by TiVo in addition to DIRECTV. Please read this page carefully. Your termination takes effect on the last day of the billing period during which you cancel (exceptions may apply for certain action periods and must be made in writing) and you will not receive a pro-rated credit or refund for any portion of the cancelled service (subject to applicable law). You remain responsible for the payment of all outstanding balances accumulated up to that effective date.
You will receive the service until the effective date of your termination. If you terminate the service or change your service package, an early cancellation fee may be charged if you have agreed to a programming agreement with DIRECTV and have not complied with the necessary programming package for the necessary period. For services sold only in blocks of one month or several times a month, we are only credited to you for full months that have not been used if you terminate this service. For example, if you subscribe to a year of such a service from January to December, but resign on March 10, we will credit you with a subscription fee from April to December. However, we will not approve a fee for January to March. In addition, we will not credit seasonal sports passes after the start of the season, unless we give otherwise in writing. You agree to provide accurate, accurate, current and complete contact information about yourself and to maintain and immediately update your contact information in order to keep it true, accurate and complete.
